제목 The Impact of Sequential Fluorination of Conjugated Polymers on Charge Generation in All-Polymer Solar Cells
초록 The all-PSCs suffer from low exciton dissociation efficiency due to anisotropically structures of polymers, thereby limiting the Jsc and FF. To enhance the exciton dissociation efficiency of all-PSCs, we design new series of polymers (P1-P3) with different number of fluorine atoms. Increased fluorine atoms on polymer results in the large change in ∆μge for P1-P3. The large ∆μge of P3 promotes exciton dissociation with suppressed recombination process, leading to the improved photovoltaic parameters of P3-based all-PSCs. The PCE value of the P3-based all-PSCs outperforms that of P2 and P1-based devices. The reduced recombination as well as the enhanced exciton lifetime in P3-based all-PSCs was supported by the results from light-intensity dependence of Jsc and Voc and TRPL measurements. Our results provide reciprocal understanding of the charge generation process associated with ∆μge in all-PSCs and suggest an effective design strategy of polymer for high-performance all-PSCs.
