제목 Multifunctional superhydrophobic surface with high hardness, anti-scratch and transparency via Silica Polymer coreshell nanoparticles.
초록 We simply fabricated transparent and anti-scarchtable superhydrophobic surfaces using silicapolymer coreshell nanoparticles. After synthesized silica particles, various monomers such as Zonyl, styrene, and tert-butylacrylate were polymerized on modified silica particle by radical polymerization process. The substrate coated by composite particles exhibited superhydrophobicity with water contact angles exceeding 150° and sliding contact angles of less than 10°. In addition, the transmittance of Zonyl composite films were approximately 70%, and the PS composite films showed the good mechanical property that endure the 3H pencil hardness. With excellent hydrophobicity, optical transmittance and mechanical property, these films have potential applications in the display and semiconductor industry.
