제목 TRANSFORMATION OF VEGF STRUCTURE WITH NEW HEPARIN-TAUROCHOLATE(HT) DERIVATIVES: THE APPLICATION OF HEPARIN DERIVATIVES TO ANGIOGENESIS INHIBITOR
초록 New heparin taurocholate(HT) derivatives can minimize the anticoagulant activity effectively, on the contrary it has more improved anti-tumoral activity than unmodified heparin. In the present study, I carried out tumor growth inhibition experiment with HT2, HT10, LMWH, Control groups. The animal model was C3H/HeN male mice, and cancer cell model was SCC7. In tumor growth inhibition experiments, HT10 showed 68% higher tumor growth inhibition activity than the control group. And showed 41% enhanced tumor growth inhibition activity than LMWH group. HT10 can bind with VEFG more effectively than LMWH and can change secondary structure of VEGF. Therefore VEGF-HT10 can't bind with VEGF-receptor.
