Organic solar cells (OSCs) have great potential due to advantages such as solution process, ease of fabrication and modulation for large area. In fabrication of modules of OSCs, the hole transport layers (HTLs) such as PEDOT:PSS usually introduced onto photoactive layer have many challenges that the corrosive nature of PSS and the energy level mismatch between photoactive layer and PEDOT:PSS causes low stability and carrier recombination resulted in low JSC and FF. The introduction of hybrid PEDOT:PSS between photoactive layer and electrode can be good alternative that lowering corrosion and carrier recombination with enhanced internal electric field. In this study, we fabricated OSCs modules with hybrid PEDOT:PSS between photoactive layer and electrode to enhanced performance and stability. As a result, the device with hybrid PEDOT:PSS exhibited enhanced performance and stability. |
