제목 Fabrication of Large-scale SERS tagging Nanoprobes and Its High Reproducibility and Long-term Stability
초록 In this study, we successful developed large-scale synthesized surface-enhanced Raman scattering nanoprobes (SERS dots). SERS dots were coated with a 20 nm thick silica shell to provide chemical stability and hydrophilicity to the NPs. And, they were strong enough to be detected from single particle with average enhancement factor in the order of 1.0ⅹ105, and nine kinds of SERS dot, which has representative and selective Raman band, were fabricated. The synthesized SERS dots were stable in each pH buffer solutions for 300 h, and they were stable during storage in deionized water for 600 h at room temperature. These results indicate that large-scale synthesized SERS dots can be useful as a targeting agent in practical applications.
