제목 Preparation of TiO2 and Fe2O3 photocatalysis composite for dye-sensitized solar cells
초록 The TiO2 and Fe2O3 photocatalysis composite was synthesized by using heat treatment to improve the efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). TiO2 photocatalysis was synthesized by sol-gel process. Fe2O3 was used to reduce the band gap of TiO2 photocatalysis. The effects of reduced band gap of photocatalysis composite were studied by using Uv-DRS. The CV curves were obtained under model solar light (500W). The efficiency of DSSCs was significantly improved about 30% based on effects of reduced band gap by photocatalysis composite.
