Preparation of nanofiber based on N-carboxyethyl chitosan and poly(ethylene oxide) using electrospining. |
초록 |
A blend mixture of N-carboxyethyl chitosan (CEC) and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) was electrospun to produce fibrous meshes that could prevent abdominal adhesions. This project concentrates on the development of evaluation methods for the physicochemical properties, biological safety and efficiency of nanofibrous bioadhesives and adhesion barriers. To investigate the physical and chemical properties, it was carried out some experiments that hydrophilic degree, chemical composition and functional groups, surface phenomena and biodegradable. We find out the morphology of CEC/PEO by FE-SEM, do the in vitro test (MTT assay) and in vivo test. |
