제목 In vitro investigation on the osteoblastic responses to alendronate-loaded inorganic surface
초록 It is evident that surface modification method is still important since it is material surface which directly contacts with physiological environment. In this study, we developed a method of synthesizing the calcium phosphate film which displays an outstanding biocompatibility and reproducibility. Alendronate (ALD) is a member of bisphosphonate family which is approved by FDA for the treatment of osteoporosis. We investigated a interaction between the drug and the film. Osteoblastic cell-lines such as MG63 and SaOS2, were used to examine the cellular proliferation and differentiation. The result demonstrated that the calcium phosphate film can be a potential candidate for drug delivery.
