제목 An improvement in the charge injection of P3HT nanofiber transistors using Self-organized polymeric electrodes
초록 1-D conducting polymer nanofibers provide significant promise for flexible miniaturized electronic devices because of their mechanical flexibility, reliability, and potential for high density arrays. We realized highly aligned semiconducting polymer nanofibers by using an electrohydrodynamic nanowire printing (ENP) method which could adjust the position and dimension of polymer nanofibers. To investigate the properties of printed polymer nanofibers, we fabricated poly(3-hexylthiopehene) (P3HT) nanofiber transistors and improved the performance of P3HT nanofiber transistor by using conducting polymer (PEDOT:PSS:PFI) as the source-drain. In addition, we formed flexible polymer nanofiber transistors and device performance is very stable. With our nanofibers and polymeric electrodes patterning techniques, we achieved remarkably improved performance of polymer nanofiber transistors compared with conventional Au electrodes and conventional conducting polymers (PEDOT:PSS).
