제목 Fabrication of Bioresorbable Polycaprolactone (PCL) / Biphasic Calcium Phosphate (BCP) Hybrid Scaffolds for Bone Graft Substitutes
초록 The Hybrid scaffolds have been prepared by salt-leaching and freeze-drying methods using polycaprolactone (PCL) and biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP). The obtained biodegradable PCL/BCP hybrid scaffold showed interconnected and open pores, and a quadrilateral shaped pore of about 200 to 500 μm in diameter. The values of the scaffold density, porosity, compressive strength and Young’s modulus of the M-3 (PCL:BCP:salt = 1:3:10) sample code were about 2.27 g/cm3, 71.6 %, 2.16 MPa and 20.1 GPa, respectively.
