제목 Preparation of cross-linked cartilage acellular matrix film with controllable mechanical properties and anti-adhesion feasibility test
초록 Recently many anti-adhesive techniques and materials have developed to prevent tissue adhesion after surgery. For this reason, many anti-adhesion agents have been studied, but they have a constant degradation period regardless of the adhesion site. In this study, we made cross-linked cartilage acellular matrix film(Cx-CP) using PCLG cross-linker which can control degradation period and treated by heating. The Cx-CP film examined mechanical properties through tensile strengths and contact angles. This result showed we controlled the mechanical properties. Next, we presented anti-adhesion function test with SEM image, fluorescence image, MTT assay and in vivo implantation. This result revealed Cx-CP film revealed rarely attachment and proliferation compared to control. In conclusion, we suggest that the Cx-CP film is excellent for adhesion prevention with adjustable mechanical properties
