Perovskite Nanoparticle Composite Films by Size Exclusive Mass-Transfer Lithography |

Perovskite metal halide nanocrystals has shown the unique optical properties, such as, broad spectral tunability, high color purity, and near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield 100%, but poor stability against the water and polar solvent. Moreover, the fluorescent patterning of quantum dots is always high desire for the fabrication of light emitting display. By utilizing the photolithography process of solution included perovskite precursors and acrylate monomers, we are able to synthesize and control the moving direction of perovskite into the high energy irradiation exposed region (mass-transfer diffusion) or towards the weak energy exposed region (counter-diffusion). The assembly of perovskites can be controlled in three dimension directions either by tuning the energy dose of exposure or selecting functional groups or branched structure of monomers. |
