Peptides have emerged as one of the important drug candidates recently. They have been commonly obtained through synthetic routes by so-called solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) method. But, the development of ideal resin and solvent system still remained unresolved. To address these problems more comprehensively, we proposed the ion-tunable core-shell type resin which has the functional groups only on the shell part and the ionic liquid groups in the core part. The resins were successfully synthesized by the bi-phasic functionalization and anion exchange method from the aminomethyl polystyrene resin. Four kinds of resins which contained the anions in liquid ionic phase were prepared and characterized by FT-IR, XPS, etc.. Their performance on the peptide synthesis were evaluated. |
