제목 Fully Printed Flexible Organic Solar Cells
초록 We report a novel architecture to fabricate solution-processed flexible transparent conducting electrodes (TCEs) on metal embedded flexible substrate (MEFS), which has the very flat surface. The a few micrometer thick printed Ag grids are embedded into a polymer substrate to provide a flat top surface, and are overcoated with a ~100nm-thick conduction polymer (PEDOT:PSS) electrode to provide conductivity over all area. The fabricated flexible TCEs on MEFS showed the transmittance of ~ 90% at the wavelength of 550 nm and sheet resistance of <20 Ω □-1, and no change of the resistivity after folding of the TCEs. In this paper, we report the fabrication of highly flexible and efficient organic solar cell using all printing process.
