제목 All organic thin film transistors fabricated with novel organic semiconductor and aromatic polyimide gate insulator on plastic substrate
초록 Polyimide has been widely used in organic electronics because of their excellent thermal, mechanical and electrical properties. One of drawbacks of the polyimides is high processing temperature more than 300°C that is much higher than the glass transition temperature of common plastic substrates. In this study, we synthesized fully aromatic polyimide gate insulator which is possible to process at 180 °C in the presence of a organic base catalyst. Mobility of the OTFT device which was fabricated with novel organic semiconductor on PES substrate was 0.497 cm2/Vs.
