All organic thin film transistors fabricated with novel organic semiconductor and aromatic polyimide gate insulator on plastic substrate |
초록 |
Polyimide has been widely used in organic electronics because of their excellent thermal, mechanical and electrical properties. One of drawbacks of the polyimides is high processing temperature more than 300°C that is much higher than the glass transition temperature of common plastic substrates. In this study, we synthesized fully aromatic polyimide gate insulator which is possible to process at 180 °C in the presence of a organic base catalyst. Mobility of the OTFT device which was fabricated with novel organic semiconductor on PES substrate was 0.497 cm2/Vs. |
