Simple preparation of MBHA resin by benzotriazole-catalyzed amidoalkylation of polystyrene resin |
초록 |
MBHA (4-methylbenzhydrylamine) resin is a widely used as a solid support for the synthesis of carboxamide or peptide amide. It has been prepared by loading and reducing precursor keto group or by attaching the preformed linker onto polystyrene resin. However, it is difficult to control the reaction conditions and many reaction steps are required. Herein, we report a new method for the synthesis of MBHA resin by benzotriazole-catalyzed amidoalkylation. MBHA resin was easily prepared with bis-formamide and benzotriazole in short reaction steps and peptide fragment (ACP 65-74) was efficiently synthesized on the MBHA resin. |
