Improvement of Osteoblast Adhesion and Growth Using Coupling Layer on Anodized Titanium Oxide |
초록 |
Recently, titanium oxide (TiO2) has been used widely as the dental implant material due to its ideal biocompatibility. In this study, we investigated the stability of self-assembled aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) layer immobilized on anodized TiO2 substrates(Cellnest). An oligo-peptide mediated from BMP-2 protein was linked to the APTES coupling layer prior to cell adhesion step. As a result of cell adhesion and MTS test, the APTES layer on Cellnest provides adequate stability and optimal surface condition for effective osteointegration of the osteoblast for fast healing. |
