제목 Improvement of Osteoblast Adhesion and Growth Using Coupling Layer on Anodized Titanium Oxide
초록 Recently, titanium oxide (TiO2) has been used widely as the dental implant material due to its ideal biocompatibility. In this study, we investigated the stability of self-assembled aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) layer immobilized on anodized TiO2 substrates(Cellnest). An oligo-peptide mediated from BMP-2 protein was linked to the APTES coupling layer prior to cell adhesion step. As a result of cell adhesion and MTS test, the APTES layer on Cellnest provides adequate stability and optimal surface condition for effective osteointegration of the osteoblast for fast healing.
