제목 | Preperation of semi-conductive poly(3-iodothiophene) crystalline film and staructural analysis |
초록 | Poly (3-Iodothiophene)(P3IT) is a kind of conjugated polymer which has used for a variety of applications, including OPV, OTFTs and OLEDs. P3IT thin films were fabricated using self-organized vapor-phased polymerization and their electrical, optical, and structural features were analyzed. These ultra thin P3IT films having high regioregularity and crystallinity have been obtained and found to show the electrically semiconductive property with carrier mobility up to 10 cm2/Vs. The regioregularity and crystallinity of these films were analized with UV-vis and GIXRD spectroscopy and electrical conductivity and carrier mobility were measured by 4-point method and Hall device method, respectively. |
