제목 Morphology and Rheology of Printable Silver Nano Ink on Polyimide Film
초록 This study aims to investigate morphology and rheology of printable silver nano ink on polyimide (PI) film. Ink is synthesized by reduction in aqueous solution using silver nitrate and ethylene glycol. Polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) is used as the protective agent. High resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) shows that size of synthesized silver nanoparticles is about 20 ~ 30 nm. The viscosity of ink is suppressed under 20 cps due to make printable ink-jet printing. And the thickness of printed ink after sintering has the limitation of 1.8 ~ 2.2 ㎛ for application. To verify rheology on PI film, contact angle between ink and PI film is measured by optical microscope (OM). After sintering of silver at 300 ℃, change of roughness and thickness of printed ink on PI film is shown by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). Contact angle and printed thickness of ink are had an effect on composition of ink as silver nanoparticles, ethylene glycol, ethanol and so on.
