Subject: Post-doctoral opening, supercritical fluids

A post-doctoral position is anticipated in the Department of Chemical Engineering

Dense Phase Fluids Laboratory at the University of South Carolina.

The candidate will perform exploratory and applied research in supercritical carbon

dioxide technology. This position will support projects in one or more of the following

areas: electro-organic synthesis, microelectronics processing, biomaterials

modification, or computational fluid dynamics. The candidate is expected to have

a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, or a closely related field such as

Mechanical Engineering. The candidate must possess strong experimental skills,

along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Please send a letter of
