[PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES]

-Management of Process Design ‘Technology Risk Statements’, and doing verification, evaluation and issue as a Process Engineer.

-Co-work with Intercompany Process Group for project execution for

process design.

-If delegated to do so lead the process engineering input during the

project HAZOP for small projects, ensuring all actions are followed and

documented.

-Liaise with other engineering disciplines to agree operational and

interface details. Take the initiative in resolving interface problems.

Identify areas where work processes could be developed or improved, and assist in implementing changes.

-Lead plant process design input during commissioning, start up and

performance testing of projects at site. This may necessitate periods of

work away from the home office.

-Estimate the man-hours incurred on projects that are his/her

responsibility, anticipate manpower requirements and highlight scope and design variations in accordance with Air Products procedures.

-Make proposals for the preparation or modification of standards,

specifications, work practices, training materials etc. to reduce

project costs and improve execution.

[JOB REQUIREMENTS]

1.Job Incumbent should have Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent

2.Looking for new or experienced employee (From 0 to 3 years experience preferred) in related industry

3.Petrochemical or electric performance material related work(LCD, Semi conductor) experience preferred.

4.Process engineer at operation team or experience about process change or upgrade project at operation team acceptable

-Must be conscientious, innovative, self-motivating, have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision, whilst ensuring high quality of work.

-Must have good English skill speaking & writing and P/C (MS power point, MS word, MS excel) skill.

-Must have proven ability as a specialist engineer as shown by the

successful completion of small projects within budgeted man-hours, and to schedule

-Should have a good knowledge of company engineering procedures, standards and specifications, including knowledge of Air Products EH&S system.

-Should have an understanding of all aspects of process design in the PST, and relevant process design methods for equipment and schedule items. This includes vessels, exchangers, rotating equipment, and their plumbing requirements. Should have good knowledge of control valve sizing and developing relief case scenarios and relief vale sizing.

-Should be familiar with the Global engineering organization, the function of each discipline, how they interact and the function of the various support groups.

-Must be able to undertake basic supervision of less experienced engineering personnel.

-Should have appreciation of the development of man-hours estimates,

equipment cost, commercial and fiscal awareness.
