- Lead the development of equipment and resources to support the specialized electronics industry

- Have in depth knowledge of electronics market and products.

- Operate/develop equipment and processes as necessary to provide customer samples and scaleups

Responsibilities:

- Lead safety, health and environmental excellence.

- Set equipment and equipment maintenance responsibilities for the specialized high purity metal organics market

- Serve as lead contact with customers in the development of new products

Accountabilities:

- Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible manner

- Setting production goals and timelines

- Meeting expectations for production and production timelines for customer samples

- Participate in team development of the high purity metal organics strategies and product goals

- Develop facilities capable of producing the high purity products

- Train in US for 4- 12 weeks in preparation for the Korean plant startup
