** Key Responsibilities

* Develop and model performance characteristics of existing products both at the Company's Development labs and at customer's facilities.

* Develop performance characteristics of new products ready for commercialization.

* Work at customer's site to

- Demonstrate and qualify the Company's products

- Enhance the performance of the Company's products

- Solve customer technical problems

- Identify new or improved product opportunities

* Collaborate with equipment manufacturers using Company's products to maximize performance and develop new products.

* Provide data for technical bulletins and promotional literatures.

* Train sales force on performance characteristics to enhance sales effort.

* Provide support globally.

** Qualifications

* Previous work experience in semiconductor or FPD technology.

* Education: min. BS in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.

* Must be fluent in written and verbal Korean and English.

* The ability to interact and collaborate with technical and manufacturing personnel internally & externally.

* Competent and comfortable with hands-on work in the laboratory and can work independently in a customer's production facility.

* The ability to communicate well to understand customer's needs and to articulate and sell ideas and solutions.

* Able to travel 20% of the time.
