    ▣ Requirements

    1) Education : Bachelors degree in Science

    ( preferably some post graduate marketing qualification )

    2) experience

    - Over 7years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing,

    preferably in the hospital market

    3) Language

    - Fluent in Korean and English preferred

    4) Character

    - Interpersonal and social skill and leadership

    ▣ Role : the development and on-going performance management of the sales, marketing,

    key account management, and new product launches in the direct supply market

    (ie not sales via alliance partners).

    Reports to General Manager directly.

    a. Responsible for achievement of financial targets of operational plan

    b. Ensure annual expense budget is met and maintained within budget parameters

    c. Responsible for overall leadership and direction of Sales and Marketing functions

    d. Continually strive for competitive advantage, both current and future; build an in-depth knowledge of

    competitor, market and customer intelligence as well as competitor strategies through market analysis

    e. Responsible for the development and implementation of Sales, Marketing and Key Account Management

    Strategies for various customer channels including retail pharmacies, hospital formulary, and general clinic

    prescribes

    f. Build a “best in class” local marketing and sales organization that fully leverages all available marketing

    and sales systems and programs.

    Ensure the company Promotion Practices are appropriately followed.

    g. Ensure marketing presence / promotional activities are developed and maintained with key customers /

    industry bodies

    h. Manage sales force effectiveness and competitive selling standards

    i. Actively coach and partner with direct reports to build and implement their development plans and conduct

    performance appraisal discussions

    j. Develop and oversee discount systems to ensure wholesaler rebate/distribution claims are scrutinized for

    accuracy prior to approval

    k. Ensure up-to-date monthly product sales forecast is maintained within agreed accuracy parameters

    l. Responsible for timely best-in-class product launches

    m. Assist with Product Development Strategies and Business Development & Licensing to enable early

    entries to market

    n. Assist in identification/development of new product opportunities for hospital and retail markets
