Lab Manager

Mission: The position of Laboratory manager help to drive accuracy and

consistency in our evaluation of materials and finished shoes from early

development through mass production. We are looking for a self-directed leader

who can work effectively in a multicultural environment with our Korean

development centers and our offshore manufacturing locations in Qingdao, China.

Education and Experience

* Bachelor?셲 Degree in Polymer Science, Textile Engineering, or similar

(Advanced Degree preferred)

* 4 years minimum experience in materials testing.

* 2 years minimum experience in managing teams / personnel development

(direct reports).

* Must be able to manage and drive multiple simultaneous projects.

* Proficient in English - Must be able to work in a multicultural

environment, and communicate technical information clearly in verbal and

written English.

* Proficient in Windows-based computer applications.

* International experience preferred.
