Pyrazole derivatives are well-known biological active compounds. This paper deals with the insecticidal activity of some pyrazole derivatives, namely N-1-4-(Fluorobenzyl)-5-5'-dimethyl, cyclohexane-4-(sulpha/substituted phenylazo)-1,2-diazole against American cockroaches, Periplaneta americana. The results of the study indicate that the few synthesized pyrazole derivatives show significant insecticidal activity against American cockroaches.
