Development a selective catalyst for light aliphatic alcohols synthesis
It was developed a method of preparation of catalysts for the synthesis of aliphatic alcohols based on decomposition of a homogenous mixture of metal citrates. The results of catalytic experiments made in a laboratory high-pressure reactor showed that an activity of modified copper-zinc catalyst obtained by decomposition of citrates is significantly higher then activity of a catalyst prepared by a standard coprecipitation method.
