The modelling of the reactors complex system for the syntesis of methyl acrylate
The results of the modelling of methyl acrylate synthesis in the reactors system with the components evaporation and a recirculation of the streams have been presented. Examined in detail was the influence of the degree of evaporation, the final degree of conversion, the molar ratio of alcohol/acid, the reflux volume of the portion of the stream of the exhausted liquid from the last reactor, on the relationship between the total volume of the reaction space and a number of reactors in a cascade.
