Part H of this paper describes experimental optimisation of the operation of a vapour compression heat pump in a drying system. The experimental set-up was designed in order to investigate different possibilities of controlling the heat pump connected to a chamber simulating an adiabatic dryer. The results of experiments carried out in the vapour compression heat pump-drying chamber system are discussed.
