In the experimental part of the paper, the influence of the process parameters on an effectiveness of resuspension of powder particles was determined. Basing on that data, theoretical model was formulated, which explains behaviour of particle clusters exposed to centrifugal forces. Number and morphology of particles emitted from powder layer into the environment was calculated.
