The authors presented brief description of phenomena that appears inside the spherical and porous particle during the fluid-bed drying with microwave heating. The existed mathematical model of drying process was developed with analysis of electric power distribution, which appears to be non-uniform inside the particle. The results both experimental and theoretical are presented and discussed.
