Longitudinal and radial fluid dispersion in two phase flows
The two versions of the new mathematical model for describing the fluid dispersion in two phase flows were considered. The proposed model was based on the transport equation formed for the probability density function that was defined in the six-dimensional phase space. The effect of the longitudinal dispersion and the effect of the tracer injection velocity on the radial concentration profiles closed to the continuous point source were shown.
