Optimization of fine solid second period drying in fluidized bubble bed
Thermodynamic optimization of fluidized drying of fine solid remaining in the second period of drying is considered. The process model proposed in the paper takes into account drying kinetics and hydrodynamics of fluidized bed. A process costs expressed in the exergy units are accepted as a performance index. In an optimization calculations gas parameters (temperature, humidity and flowrate), which minimize performance index, are searched. An optimization algorithm worked out by authors is used in calculation.
