The influence of mobile phase composition on the equilibrium of sorption process in different normal and reversed overloaded chromatographic systems is studied. The novel Eq. for an accurate prediction of analysed problem is proposed. Proposed Eq. is verified for different experimental data by use of three statistical criteria.
