The (p, rho, T) properties and apparent molar volumes V-phi of LiCl in ethanol at T = (298.15 to 398.15) K and pressures up to p = 40 MPa are reported. An empirical correlation for the density of (LiCl + C2H5OH) with pressure, temperature, and molality has been derived. The experiments were carried out at molalities of m = (0.10487, 0.30229, 0.58732, 1.22211, 2.02242, and 2.87989) mol.kg(-1) using lithium chloride.
