Through the use of a fully automatic fabricating unit for films and coated fabrics, throughput times can be reduced by up to 80% even with small batch sizes. The advantages of ultrasonic techniques can be exploited to the full during the cutting and welding operations. Furthermore, offcut optimization results in much reduced material consumption.
