The predictive capabilities of a proposed sorption equation for describing the sorption behavior of glassy polymer-penetrant systems is evaluated. Factors determining the shapes of isotherms for glassy polymer-penetrant systems are considered. Data-theory comparisons are presented for three glassy polymer-penetrant systems.
