In a joint project between Swiss research and industrial partners a technology base was created for nanoreplication. By using nanostructured moulding tools, each partner performed replication tests with their own moulding processes (injection moulding, roll embossing, hot die embossing and reaction casting). The results demonstrate the ability of most processes to reproduce lateral structure sizes of below 100 nanometers.
