COLOUR VARIATION. A five-component injection moulding machine with an 8-cavity3-station rotary mould can produce, in a single process, four different coloured toothbrush mouldings with a soft-touch surface, each from two components. The 350 injection unit for the basic toothbrush bodies is horizontally arranged on this machine, and the four 100 injection units for the coloured soft-touch surface are aligned vertically.
