Adhesive layers on a molecular level
EVEN SMALLER. Adhesive layers for polymer films are already leaving the oft-discussed scale of nanotechnolgy and approaching the next smaller dimension. Molecular monolayers of adhesive amino and amido compounds captivate not only because of the minimal amounts of material involved, but even more so because of the minimised costs for the entire process.
