3D SIMULATION. Warpage predictions are an important factor in injection moulding simulations in order to avoid expensive and time-consuming corrections to the injection moulding tool. On the other hand, false predictions can result in high costs and a considerable loss of time. For this reason, it is very important indeed to identify the factors that govern the reliability of a warpage prediction.
