PROCESS INTEGRATION. An interval hot pressing process has been developed for in-situ production of fibre-reinforced sandwich and profile structures in one step. With this process, it is possible to produce sandwich structures of any length. In addition, production of the cover layer as a separate manufacturing step is eliminated.
