Scratch-resistant and non-reflective
PULSED PLASMA. Scratches on the surface of plastic components not only affect their appearance, but also may have implications for safety. An obvious example of this is a plastic display intended to indicate essential information which has become illegible. A still greater risk of danger can result from reflections an the surface that obstruct the view of, for example, cockpit data. A special coating makes these plastic surfaces scratch-resistant and reduces glare.
