The results of allene copolymerization with CO concomitant to carbomethoxylation of methyl acetylene-allene fraction yielding methyl methacrylate in the presence of the [PdCl2(PPh3)(2)]-[o-phenanthroline] catalytic system are given. The copolymer produced included Pd+1 and Pd+2 bound complexes in its composition. The properties of the Pd-containing polymer are described and data on its catalytic activity in carbonylation are presented.
