COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) Essentials is published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) of the UK to illustrate a step-by-step process for assessing risk and identifying control measures for hazardous substance handling. This paper examines and discusses the pros and cons of COSHH Essentials.
