Strengths of suppliers and customers, competition inside the sector, new products and substitutes hazards were taken into consideration. The domestic market position of the Nitrogen Works,,Pulawy" S.A. was comprehensively characterized. Partion of the Works in supply of urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulfate and aqueous ammonium nitrate-urea solution was estimated. Authors' forecastings for the domestic market of fertilizers up to 2010 were given.
