Review shows the fundamentals of high-pressure extraction. The method uses compressed gases, extraction with liquefied gases (undercritical extraction) and extraction with fluid mediums in their supercritical state (SFE). In presented work best sides and conditions of arrangements selection of extraction systems of SFE method was showed. In next part of article parameters of leading of supercritical extraction with the use of carbon dioxide were introduced and characterization of solubility of various types of organic compounds in this process. The review of literature related to supercritical extraction in different branches of industry was discussed.
