A review with 16 refs. covering pesticide classification and applns., characteristic data on wastewaters to be depesticized, the concept, pilot studies (coagulant, flocculant, active C filter types), and implementation of a process to remove organophosphorus and chlorohydrocarbon pesticides down to a level acceptable by Polish regulations have been presented.
