A method for novel synthesis of docetaxel consisting in acylation of 7,10-0-dialliloxycarbonyt-10-desacefyibaccatin /it with (4S,5R)-N-alliloxycarbonyl-2-methoxyphenyl4-phenyl-1,3-oxazolidine-5-carboxylic acid, followed sequentially by the one-step removal of all alliloxycarbonyl groups, cleavage of the oxazolidine ring, and acylation with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate was developed. The alliloxycarbonyl protecting groups were simultaneously removed with Pd catalyst under neutral mild conditions.
