Literature data on conditions of glycolysis of polyurethane wastes were rewieved. Effect of KOH, AcOK and dibutyllin dilaurate catalysts on the reaction time was studied. Mechanisms of the glycolysis were discussed. Effect of glycolytic agent (ethylene, diethylene, trimethylene and dipropylene glycols) on the reaction mechanism was also considered.
